In March of 2010 I had found myself sitting in a very small base in Baghdad after 3 months of not working out and not eating right. I had come across Mike's post on Something Awful dot com a few weeks earlier, but was initially hesitant. After all, I am in the Army and already consider myself to be in decent shape. Not to mention I don't eat meat, and I doubted Mike could do anything for me I Couldn't do on my own.

A few more days past of me sitting around and doing nothing before I finally decided to see what Mike was all about. I had sent him a message outlining my very specific situation, as well as dietary needs. Almost instantly Mike got back to me and started to ask me questions pertaining to my situation and was genuinely interested in helping me and trying to work around the obvious roadblocks I had. Within a few days, Mike had created and sent me a personalized workout with a custom diet plan using the supplies I had on this base. After the first two weeks, I had sweat more then I had the entire time I've been in country, and was sore and worn out after each workout even though I am used to working out and doing hard physical labor.

Mike constantly challenges me, and encourages me to do better. He is always available to talk to his clients, either through e-mail, AIM, or any other method needed to ensure his clients are getting the exact help they need, when they need it.
